New description:

 Port Sage so that it builds and passes its full test suite on the new IBM
 Power 7 architecture running SUSE Linux.

 sage-5.0.beta13 '''builds''' on this machine, but there are ''many'' test
 failures.

 Most of these failures are due to:
  * #12829: Remove `<object>` cast in real_mpfi.pyx

 After applying that ticket, the remaining failures are:
 {{{
         sage -t  --long -force_lib

         sage -t  --long -force_lib devel/sage/sage/libs/libecm.pyx #

         sage -t  --long -force_lib devel/sage/sage/numerical/optimize.py #
