I'm okay with offsetting the constraint according to the solver. However,
line 401 of coin_backend should have
{{{
if i < 0 or i >= self.si.getNumRows():
}}}
instead of
{{{
if i < 0 or i > self.si.getNumRows():
}}}
shouldn't it?
