 Alternatively we can also have remove_constraint functions that can also
 take iterators as argument.. It's true that we are dealing with Python
 here, we can write very weird code `:-D`

 But that would perhaps be better for the mip.pyx interface... If we want
 the Cython interface to stay somehow efficient.
