Added a new patch with a cleaned up version. All doctests passed (except a
few related with the r interface, but thos failed also on my clean sage
install, so i don't think they are related with the patch).
Testsuites for free groups and finitely presented groups passed.
_test_category for braids fails, but i really don't understand why, since
finitely presented groups pass it, and braid inherit directly from them.
