OK, I'll do it, and I'll also modify the file `sage-rst2txt` which I
completely overlooked...!
The new notebook is not part of Sage yet (though it finally got positive
review a couple of hours ago - #11080). If you want to test the ticket,
follow the instructions on #11080 to install the new notebook first.
