Ok. I updated the patch to fix the color in 3D lines.
The other problem with interpolation and `num_points` is something that I
don't know how to fix. Giving a high value of `num_points` gives a very
good and accurate plot, but is also very slow. I have added some notes
regarding this in the documentation of `list_plot3d`.
