Okay, the upstream looks good with the one exception of
[https://github.com/sagemath/sagenb/pull/31#issuecomment-6336374 this
issue] when `automatic_login=False` but there is still an `upload` to be
done.
Leaving as "needs work" and moving milestone to 5.2 since it depends on
#11080 in some sense, though only on the upstream end so not putting it in
dependencies.
