No, we'll (I'll) do it manually. SPKGs being autogenerated is at odds with
having repositories for SPKGs.
I have written scripts which at least simplify the process, though - they
create a directory which can be used as the new SPKG's `src/` directory
without modification of the `spkg-install` script. Those are at
[https://github.com/sagemath/sagenb/pull/63 this pull request], which I'd
appreciate it if someone reviewed :)
I'm setting this ticket to positive review because there is nothing left
to be done on the Sage end other than wait for #13121 to get in (i.e. Sage
to upgrade to sagenb 0.9.1).
