In the doc patch: the command

sage -sh ccache --max-size=SIZE
}}}
surely isn't correct. Either you mean "first run {{{./sage --sh}}}, then
{{{ccache --max-size=SIZE}}}", or you mean "{{{sage --sh -c "ccache --max-
size=SIZE"}}}" or you mean "{{{sage --ccache --max-size=SIZE}}}" with
adding a `--ccache` option to `spkg/bin/sage`.
