 #12883, they depend on each other.

Comment:

 The alignment problem stems from the use of placement new in the Givaro
 array class. Since we currently do not use that in Sage, there is no
 reason to delay this ticket further. I've created another ticket (#13164)
 to deal with the SPARC failure.

 Positive review.
