I see. I wouldn't mind if we just implicitly required surjectivity for all
`fiber_something()` methods and raise a `ValueError` otherwise. Otherwise
there isn't really any meaningful fibration structure. Having to always
report extra codimensions over the base torus orbits seems
painful/confusing with very little utility.
