See http://sage.maa.org/home/pub/140/ for what we have to do now. I still
think that having all the same color is better for accessibility and non-
confusion reasons, but it should be very easy, and of course having the
list of colors (like `rainbow(5)`) would be very very good as pointed out
in the description.
