Oh great. Unfortunately, Volker apparently replaced the patch based on
#13109 with one based on #11475, and the previous rebase was before
#13109, so I don't think there is any patch that would currently apply...
this is silliness. I thought that #13109 had been delayed because of the
sage-combinat issue, but apparently not?
