The only thing really to check in this ticket is the installation of the
documentation. Technically it needs sphinx to build but it because up to
date build documentation is shipped nothing is done. So the question is
whether to require sphinx or just copy the already built documentation.
Once I make an informed decision on that I'll finalize the spkg.
