That's annoying now that I have pushed the button I found something (that
obviously is not impacting sage) that should be reported upstream. The
header factory/assert.h is not installed and it is included in
factory/templates/ftmpl_{matrix,array,list}.cc.
I don't think there are anymore missing headers.
