Old description:

`sage-location` currently only handles libraries in `$SAGE_LOCAL/lib`, but
should also look in `$SAGE_LOCAL/lib32` and `$SAGE_LOCAL/lib64`.
On the other hand, since only GCC uses `lib32` and `lib64` and given
#13395, this might not actually be needed...
