StockWatch (Jakarta) - Saham PT AGIS Tbk dalam beberapa hari terakhir ini cukup aktif ditransaksikan. Harganya terus melejit padahal saham-saham lainnya terkoreksi. Dalam perdagangan sesi pertama di BEJ Kamis (3/5) saham perseroan berkode TMPI tercatat paling aktif ditransaksikan setelah PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. Perdagangan saham TMPI mencapai 3.227 kali dengan volume 170.699.500 unit (341.399 lot). Nilainya Rp240,613 miliar. Bahkan, harga saham TMPI terus melambung. Hingga penutupan perdagangan sesi pertama Kamis (3/5) harga saham TMPI naik Rp100 ke Rp1.460 per saham. Menurut kabar yang beredar di pasar, kenaikan harga saham TMPI ini terkait dengan adanya rencana tindakan korporasi yakni penerbitan saham baru atau right issue. "Belakangan ini harga saham TMPI memang cukup kencang naiknya karena ada kabar perseroan mau right issue. Sehingga, harganya dikerek ke Rp2.000. Hari ini kemungkinan besar bisa tembus Rp1.500," ujar salah satu investor di galeri perusahaan sekuritas lokal di Jakarta. Sementara itu, Corporate Secretary AGIS Poernomo Adjie mengakui bahwa perseroan akan melakukan corporate action. Itu sebabnya perseroan akan menyampaikan laporan keuangan per Maret 2007 versi auditan. "Mengingat adanya program corporate action yang akan dilaksanakan, maka laporan keuangan AGIS per triwulan pertama 2007 akan kami laporkan dengan versi audited. Sehingga, laporan keuangan akan disampaikan paling lambat akhir Mei 2007," katanya tanpa menyebutkan program corporate action secara rinci.
