Saham-saham property memang saat ini masih layak untuk dicermati, akan tetapi perbankan belum menunjukkan akan adanya penurunan suku bunga kresit, khususnya untuk sektor property. so, kita masih tunggu reaksi perbankan perihal penurunan suku bunga untuk property. Saham-saham property yang masih layak untuk di perhatikan a.l : CTRA, SMRA. Kedua emiten ini, masih berpeluang melanjutkan trend naik.
