saya dulu pernah visit ke semen Tonasa....kemungkinan besar yang diakuisisi
semen Bosowa, ,,,rasanya ga mungkin Semen Gresik mau nglepas Tonasa :))
lha wong mau di buat holding kok malah di jual...Tonasa ini penguasa semen
Indonesia bagian Timur,,,Bosowa masih jauh di bawah kelasnya...
META ini kayanya masih saudara sm JK dan ada hubungannya dengan Bosowa...jadi
ga heran banget klo nantinya jadi diakuisisi...karena masih ada hubungan
"sedarah".....itu buat nyuksesin projek jalan tolnya/pelabuhan aja, seperti
TATA masuk ke BUMI, buat jamin pasokan batubara.....not surprise!

It is reported that Nusantara Infrastructure (META) plans to acquire a
cement company in makasar for Rp2.5tn along with its expansion plan. Currently,
there are two cement companies in Makassar, namely PT Semen Tonasa and PT Semen
Bosowa Maros.
PT Semen Tonasa belongs to the Semen Gresik Group (99.99%) located in
Pangkep, South Sulawesi. Total installed capacity is at 3.48mn tons.
Meanwhile, PT Semen Bosowa Maros is belong to the Bosowa Group located in
Maros, south Sulawesi. Total installed capacity is at 1.8mn tons.
Nusantara Infrastructure is the concession holder of Makassar Section IV
toll road, through its subsidiary PT Jalan Tol Seksi IV. The toll road will run
from downtown Makassar to Hasanuddin International Airport. Construction for
the 11.7km toll road is scheduled to start by end of this year and completed
within 1 year period with total cost predicted at Rp440bn, which will be
financed by 30% equity and 70% bank loan.
At the current price of Rp162 per share, the counter is traded at 71.7x PE07
based on the annualized 1H07 company's EPS Rp2.26.
