Indonesia's Sapta Indra plans IPO in Q1 2008 - report
JAKARTA (Thomson Financial) - Indonesian mining contractor PT Sapta Indra
Sejati plans to sell 20 percent of the company's outstanding shares via an
initial public offering in the first quarter of next year to raise up to 350
million dollars, Bisnis Indonesia reported on Wednesday, citing a company
official.
Sapta Indra director Andre Mamuaya said his company has appointed BNP Paribas
as the lead underwriter and Danareksa Sekuritas as joint lead underwriter.
