JAKARTA (Dow Jones)-

Dubai World will buy up to a 30% stake in PT Bakrie Swasaksi Utama, or BSU,
for IDR2 trillion ($221 million), the Bisnis Indonesia newspaper reported.
The newspaper quoted Hiramsyah Sambudhy Thaib, president director of PT
Bakrieland Development (ELTY.JK) as saying that the entrance of the new
investor will enable BSU to expand a property project in Jakarta to 75
hectares, from 50 hectares currently. BSU, a unit of Bakrieland, is
currently developing the Rasuna Epicentrum, a property project consisting of
apartments, a shopping mall and office buildings in one of Jakarta's prime
