Saya termasuk yang kejeblos di sektor properti di masa bearish saat ini cuma dalam waktu hitungan hari, setelah menikmati sektor ini selama 6 bulan pertama 2013 ini. Ya udah mending sekarang gak ngapa2in dulu, mau cutloss sudah kadung dalam. Tapi lumayanlah sudah mengantongi cuan 50% dari modal di semester pertama ini. Kalau sampai akhir tahun finish di cuan 70-80% sudah sangat alhamdulillah bagi saya :-)
