Investment Analyst - Corporate Finance
To support our expanding corporate finance practice, Abacus Capital seeks
highly motivated and driven professionals to join its Jakarta office.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years experience working in an MNC,
securities house, bank, or large Indonesian corporate in a finance or research
role.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
In-depth company and industry research supporting proprietary investment,
fund management and corporate advisory activities
Financial modeling, including valuation assessments
Writing and preparing transaction related documentation and marketing
materials (e.g., pitch books, corporate profiles, information memoranda, market
data/analyses, etc.)
Preparation of presentations
Being an integral part of the execution team from pitch to closing
This position requires a first class academic degree, good communication
skills, superior work ethics, ability to work independently, strong teamwork
skills, attention to detail and a can-do winning attitude. It is essential
that candidates have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English is a must. Candidates must have ease with numbers and
possess strong finance and accounting background.
