DJ MARKET TALK: Bumi Signals It May Buy Herald Stock On Market
0151 GMT [Dow Jones] Indonesia's PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI.JK) signals it
may go on market to build a stake in takeover target Herald Resources
(HER.AU). In a statement to the exchange, Bumi says its subsidiary Calipso
Investment may purchase shares on market during the offer period at prices
below its bid price. Bumi is offering A$2.25/share; Herald currently trading
at A$2.20, down 4 cents. Bumi currently only holds 0.02% stake in Herald; if
market contagion sees shares move lower it may look to build a position, but
