BN 02/13 Antam Wins Priority Right to Buy Stake in Freeport Indonesia

Feb. 14 (Bloomberg) -- PT Aneka Tambang, an Indonesian
nickel and gold mining company, won the priority right to buy a
stake in PT Freeport Indonesia, State Enterprise Minister Sofyan
Djalil said.
Antam expects to buy a 20 percent stake from Freeport
Indonesia, said Antam's Finance Director Kurniadi Atmosasmito. He
did not elaborate.
