Pada dasarnya Pak, Bapepam memberikan sekuritas hak untuk men force sell begitu rasio hutang > 80%. Dan nasabah tidak punya hak memilih saham mana yang boleh di force sell. Supaya sekuritas (sbg perantara) tidak perlu menanggung kerugian, jika terjadi overloss. Jadi untuk pelaksanaannya tergantung kebijaksanaan sekuritas masing2. Karena sering terjadi, saat terjadi overloss, nasabah tidak mau menanggung overloss tsb. Seinget saya, pernah diberitakan di koran,pernah terjadi di danareksa, dan nasabah tidak mau menanggung overloss, bahkan menyalahkan sekuritasnya. Karena itu, begitu rasio mencapai kira kira 80%, nasabah biasanya diminta inject sampai rasio turun ke 60-65% minimal. Jika tidak mau inject atau tidak menjawab, ya terpaksa di force sell, sampai rasio mencapai level tidak membahayakan. Dan kalau di force sell (tanpa sepengetahuan nasabah, karena satu atau lain hal) berapa banyak yang dijual? Hanya sampe ratio 79%? Kalau tidak di force sell, dan besoknya sudah balik dibawah 80%, apakah semua ok? Satu lagi kalau nasabah sudah diberi tahu dan tidak mau jual juga, kapan cut off time nya?
