Mungkin orang dr etrading juga kurang paham juga. AFAIK handheld dan OS BB dibuat oleh RIM sangat customized untuk tiap operator. Coba diinformasikan ke CS etradingnya tipe hh (termasuk ID operatornya) dan OS, agar mereka bisa feedback juga ke software developer mereka. Kalau menurut saya paling aman pakai handheld operator lokal saja dan OS nya asli operator juga (ga pakai hybrid), it work for me.
