We find 5 BUY rated stocks, namely: BWPT, INCO,PGAS, TLKM and EXCL. These stocks have 2011F EBITDA margins of 60.7%, 57.1%, 56.4%, 54.5%, and 52.2% respectively, and they are currently trading at 2011F PERs of 11.8x, 12.0x, 10.9x, 10.4x, and 9.8x, respectively.
