mlpl 3 hari setelah ex date mulai naik ke 260 dari harga 245 saat cum date tgl
7 mar, atau 240 saat ex date, dividen mlpl 10 rp, jadi mlpl setelah dapat
dividen 10 sahamnya juga naik +15 rp, Jadi koleksi saham yg kasih dividen
tetap cuan.
hari ini mppa juga mulai mantul.

Dari pengalaman saya yg memang pemburu dividen biasanya begini:
Kalau dividennya gede presentasenya misalnya mppa (15%), cpin (8% ), maka
sehari setelah cum date harga saham biasanya anjlok turun sebesar dividennya
malahan turunnya bisa lebih besar dari dividennya seperti cpin, tetapi 2-4
minggu kemudian perlahan lahan naik kembali melewati harga pd waktu cum date
contohnya cpin dan mppa pd bln des yg lalu.
Kalau dividennya tidak terlalu gede, sehari setelah cum date harga sahamnya
malah bisa naik, contohnya adro, ada lagi yg menarik seperti saham brna sebelum
bagi dividen saham ini tidak bergerak alias diam tertidur, tetapi setelah cum
date 2- 4 minggu kemudian saham brna baru bergerak naik terus sampe skrg
menjadi saham yg aktif, dan kalau dividen kecil sekali misalnya hanya 1 - 10
rp, biasanya investor tidak peduli dg dividennya misalnya mlpl cum date tgl 7
mar sama dg mppa dan tdk terjadi gap down seperti mppa.
pada tgl 8 Mar ex date mppa harga mppa anjlok turun menjadi 1490-1510, pada
hari itu kalau jual mppa dan masih tetap cuan 50 rp ditambah lagi cuan dividen
300 rp

Pengalaman deviden mppa bln desember dr angka 1830 anjlok di 1680 lalu
abis itu anjlok lg ke 1400an seperti sekarang...setelah itu rentang hrgnya naik
turun sekitar 1450-1600an...br naik lg setelah mau bagi deviden kmaren lalu hr
ini anjlok sebesar devidennya.. Kinerja perusahaan 2010 tdk terlalu memuaskan,
laba bersih perusahaan naik krn jual aset bukan krn laba usaha... Kalau sy sbg
investor tdk melihat mppa sbg prospek yg menjanjikan utk short/mid term., kalo
hypermart jd dijual mgkn br keliatan.. Ini cuma pandangan sy sbg org awam :)
