They call it here Indonesia like in the Dutch: 'uitvoerbaar bij voorraad'.
Meaning the decision of the first court can be executed pending the result
of following appeal.

This has been stated in the case, and the plaintiff, PT Berkah Karya Bersama
owned by the first daughter of the late President Soeharto, will soon
certainly within days bring a following motion to the court with the agenda
on top to re-take management control of MNCN from the de-facto management
under Hary Tanoe's group make all necessary adjustment on how MNCN is
expected to run.
