ITMG Earnings momentum to improve We had cut our earnings on 24 February. We expect consensus earnings to be cut further to reflect the cost pressure. Our earnings forecast is 15% below consensus in FY11 but inline with consensus in FY12. However, we expect ITMG’s earnings momentum to be strong from a low base in 4Q10 where there was a big cost adjustment due to rain. Weather has continued to improve. If coal is to stay at the current level of close to US$130/t throughout 2011 (vs our forecast of US$120/t), we estimate that ITMG’s ASP would go up from US$91 to US$96/t and earnings may have a 17% upside. The stock has already been sold down and the current valuation is attractive even after the earnings cut. We maintain OUTPERFORM on *ITMG with target price of Rp54000 based on 16x P/E in FY11 or 10.3x in FY12*. ASII *Maintain Buy rating on Astra Int'l with TP of Rp79,000* We believe that Astra Int'l would be the main beneficiary from credit expansion, doubling middle income consumers and strong GDP per capita growth given its dominant position in the market. Nevertheless, we remain cautious over high oil prices and supply disruptions due to Japan's catastrophe. The stock is attractive trading at 13.5x 2011F earnings, a discount of some 12% to the market.
