If the ship is sinking, GS would not have release the end of May the upgrading on ASEAN coal as "earnings" will drive up the "value". The ship is however shaking, as the financial sector-bank dominated are still "over-valued" and has yet to succeed in convincing the market that their "earning" will handle the shaky ground once the inflationary effect of fuel subsidy cut off. If Indo gov is as exactly as other Asian emerging countries who chose to take the risk in advance, then now they are more at ease to grip the hold. Like in the court, "justice served, justice delayed". Is inflation really declining and stabilizing low, or is just getting delayed. How market will price in effectively if the core of the problems are kept in custody? This is MS key of reasoning to downgrade. However, there are side-effects which benefit from the inflationary environment, and this is what GS underlined.
