IMQ, Jakarta - PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland) telah mengantongi pernyataan efektif dari Bapepam-LK pada 9 Juni lalu. Perusahaan properti ini akhirnya memutuskan melepas sebanyak 1.894.833.000 lembar saham dengan harga Rp240 per lembar, dari sebelumnya 2,27 miliar.
