Apaan, pemegang saham CTRA yang beli dari harga IPO pada sekarat aka ngak balik modal jika dihitung kurs dan inflasi apalagi ngak ada modal tambahan buat nebus right dan waran. Itu anaknya CTRA yaitu CTRP juga melarat, setali tiga uang. Hanya CTRS saja yang naik tapi listing ngak melewati IPO.
Rumah di CTRA boleh naik berlipat tapi kalau sahamnya bila tidak ada diskon super, ngak layak beli. Lebih banyak mudharat ketimbang manfaat. Kata sesepuh saham, meski bisnis bagus tapi pemilik pengendali management tidak perduli sama saham, maka PERCUMA saja.
