UBS : World Stocks a Buying Opportunity ? Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) uses indicators to track the global risk in the stock market has fallen to its lowest point since 2008 and almost approaching "extreme level" that would signal a buying opportunity, says UBS strategy Ferrarone Chris.
Following Monday's 5% drop on the global equity markets, Risk Appetite Indicator slipped 2.28 points. "The best buy signal was achieved when the indicator drops below -3.0," said UBS in a note.
