APIC right issue tanggal 8 Juli 2011 dengan rasio 1:20 sehingga jumlah sahamnya seperti yang saya tuliskan. Right issue dengan rasio yang besar seperti ini biasanya ditujukan untuk mengambil alih kepemilikan perusahaan atau juga sebagai upaya backdoor listing. Untuk kasus APIC ini saya tidak tahu keperluannya apa.
