Angela Merkel is being predicted to possibly lose a vote on expanding the EFSF as some members of her own coalition could even vote against the bill they consider is akin to throwing good money after bad. The same situation US President Bush faced during the first vote on TARP in 2008. The outcome of the vote is expected by 13:00 CET in Berlin.
