Salah satu penyebab GMTD disuspend karena pemiliknya tidak sampai 300 ekor (tidak sesuai perundangan pasar modal), cuma dimiliki 62 ekor saja. Solusi dari saya yang stupid but simple : 1. LPKR dan atau subsidernya yang punya GMTD agar merelakan mengalihkan sebanyak 300 LOTS saham GMTD menjadi atas nama perseorangan sebanyak 300 orang (1 orang 1 Lots) dan keep it untuk tidak akan di jual sampai kapanpun. 2. Melaporkan susunan kepemilikan saham GMTD ke otoritas bursa dan memohon untuk unsuspend. 3. Seandainya bursa sudah unsuspend, beberapa saat kemudian ambil tindakan stock split 1 : 10. 4. Dan seterusnya......... 5. Btw, klo ini berhasil sepertinya saya sudah pantas jadi manajemen GMTD (hehehe...menghayal). Chayo lah buat GMTD. Gudlak!!! Powered by Telkomsel BlackBerry®
