PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) bakal melepas saham anak usahanya di International City Development Ltd Tiongkok melalui penawaran umum perdana (IPO). Langkah Perseroan ini membuat Deutsche Bank, CIMB Securities, dan Nomura dikabarkan aktif memborong saham CTRA di pasar. Berdasarkan riset salah satu perusahaan sekuritas, target harga CTRA dipatok di level Rp750 sebelum akhir tahun. Pada perdagangan kemarin, saham CTRA ditutup naik Rp10 ke level Rp540.
