Riset ekuitas JPM mengindikasikan potensi value accretion hanya dari akuisisi Multi Tambangjaya Utama saja akan menambah Rp350 terhadap harga saham INDY. Oleh karena itu menurut JPM, INDY akan layak mengalami rerating dalam waktu dekat. JPM juga menginformasikan bahwa per penutupan Senin, 20 Pebruari 2012, INDY baru terapresiasi Rp100 (closing Rp2.550 per 20 Peb), dari Rp350 total value accretion dari akuisisi MTU itu saja, di luar faktor teknikal/fundamental lainnya yang kondusif.
