Kerugian terjadi karena naiknya beban pokok pendapatan usaha dari Rp 3,8 triliun pada tahun 2010 menjadi Rp 4,43 triliun pada tahun 2011, sementara pendapatan usaha hanya naik tipis dari Rp 4,22 triliun tahun 2010 menjadi Rp 4,72 triliun pada tahun 2011.
