Banyak sekali karyawan-karyawan isat yang pintar-pintar dan berpengalaman pensiun dini tahun kemarin dari level staf sampai tertinggi, karena tidak cocok dengan management, saya kira itu salah satu penyebab utama kualitas isat menurun.
