Jadi hitungannya kurang lebih = (3x8000) + (1x500) = 24500/4 = 6125 itulah harga imas yang wajar saat itu setelah RI. Kalo valuasi wajar saat ini... ya tinggal di hitung LK YoY nya saja. Tidak heran bila kemarin malam Bu Katrin bilang ada yg memberikan valuasi di 7000. Namun semua terserah market saja yaaa...
