FYI my code is almost always up to date. I update several times a day
for
the projects I have checked out when I am working.

I did not have pas_common_apps checked out, so I have done that.
I'm still not sure what you mean by a launcher, or where I would find
a launcher
for the authoring tool, or how I would run it.
I run the authoring tool by running the AuthoringShellMain class.

as mentioned above, they are up to date.

as mentioned in my original email, this is already the case.

I checked out the project converter and reconverted the curnit that I
have been working with.
Since the code never gets as far as asking for the curnit, probably
this isn't the issue.

Again, I am not sure what the launcher is or how I find it.
Oh, Ok, Cynick showed me where to look in the run configurations.
FYI it doesn't run unless you also have jdic-jars checked out, which
you didn't mention.

Thanks for your help...however is there not a way to run this as
before?
How do we make this as simple as possible for incoming developers for
the PRP?
