Hi everybody,
We just started "developing" the TELS Portal last week. We are trying
to follow these steps to implement TELS Portal components:
paper-design->prototype->"rough" documentation->code. The paper-design and
prototype phases should allow users to give us feedback and help us think
about technical design.
Here is a list of TELS Portal components and when we'd like to have them
completed:
