Sam and I both experienced problems working with the tels subversion
repository.

I found this page:
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1599910&group_id=1&atid=200001

Talking about similar problems (6 months ago). The solution pointed out
there was to use:
https://tels.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/tels
instead of
https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/tels

I'm did this change and so far things seem to be working better.

Using subversive I was able to go to the SVN Repository perspective, and
right click on the tels repository, select location properties..., and
change the url on the general tab. It then did a relocation of all the
projects using that svn repository.

If someone with subclipse does this, let us know if it helps.

Scott
