Hi, Turadg phoned me back later this afternoon (after stephen had gone) to talk about the notion of going to Boston for a pow wow about the versioning.
One thought was to come to Berkeley in early July, to get ready for the workshop (or toronto??) then go to Boston in late July (cscl is over on the 21st, so I assume he'd go home to pgh first). Another was that he could go sooner to Boston - maybe early July. The idea advanced by Stephen was to have Turadg and Scott meet for two days about Versioning, together with Aaron, and that then Aaron could work on implementing what they came up with (obviously they would remain involved b ut Aaron could help do some of the heavy lifting). So the question is - when is the best time for Concord folks? Scott? Aaron? I volunteered to start this e-mail thread. jim ps - the retreat here in California went quite well.
