That's probably because a new jnlp was released.  And that jnlp points
to a new version of the pas-molecular jar.

If you send me the jar in the:

V0.1.0-20070625.192223-171

folder at least I can narrow down the cause of the problem a little more.

Webstart should have been requesting a jardiff between that version and 
the one ending in 184.
Testing with curl the servlet handles that correctly so it appears to 
not be the servlet.

It might be that if you had deleted the empty V*-184 folder that would 
have fixed it.
