can we move the discussion we have about portal to one of the mail lists? so far its been between me, laurel, hiroki and cynick. these conversations need to be archived and accessible for reference and others that would want to join. like our other lists.
what list should it be on? sail dev? sail discuss? tels tech? or a new one? sail-portal-dev?
