I moved this to sail-dev list so it gets archived and has more eyeballs.

Can we try doing this via wiki pages and emails?
I feel like we've been over this multiple times in meetings.

Here is the page from our last meeting on this:
http://www.telscenter.org/confluence/display/PRP/2007-07-03+-+Teacher+annotations

I think the scenario describes things pretty well. But the part about
the TAT needs to be updated since that is now going to be web based
instead of java client based.

I will update the plan to include the tasks that need to be accomplished
on my end. This is mainly adding support to annotate individual sock
entries.

I propose that you and or Tony update the scenario for a web based TAT,
and add to the plan the work needed to implement the web based TAT.

I think with those 3 updates to the page it provides a good view of the
whole system. If there is something unclear, then sure lets meet and
get that page updated so it is clear. In which case we should include
Laurel in the meeting.
